Recently, 50 students from years 8 and 9 had the absolutely amazing opportunity to visit Les Menuires in the 3 Valleys in France. 70 percent of the students had never skied before but got the chance to progress their skiing skills across the course of the trip. They all took part in lessons over 6 days and made excellent progress, moving from starting to learn how to side slip to parallel turns by the end of the week. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for all students and staff involved and many lifelong memories were made.
